HCG injections

This morning was rough! I have a huge weakness of sleeping in to much on a Saturdays. I guess it is because I feel like all week is just, go, go ,go and then I crash by Saturday mornings. I HATE this about myself. It is a rare thing when I am up by 10:00am on a Saturday. This drives me nuts!!! I had so much I wanted to get done this weekend and then I went in a "coma" this morning and didn't wake up until 12:30 pm. FRUSTRATING! That left me an hour before I had to go to work and honestly I was just an emotional wreck. I don't know why. It's not like me to cry a lot since I have been taking Naltrexone. But this morning I couldn't stop crying. Poor Dh didn't know what to do to help me out. All I can think is that I am taking the HCG injections again and those injections are basically like pregnant women's hormones right? Maybe that is why (TMI) my nipples are sore, I keep crying, and my skin is broken out...who knows. It must be so nice to be a man and be emotionally stable. To top this off my CRAZY dog jumped out the front door this morning while I was bawling and heading to work and I had to chase him around the neighborhood. What a scene! O.k. enough of my griping...

I am planning on applying for that part time job I mentioned. Dh and I had a long talk about it and he actually said he is tired of our situation! He really misses me staying home like I used to and just work part time.

Today is P+8 and I am mailing my P+7 blood draw off on Monday so I should have my results by Tuesday. YEAH!

Hope you're all enjoying this beautiful weekend!

  2. I agree about the job...I try not to think about the degree to which a forty-hour-a-week job might be affecting my health (down from 70 hours many weeks last year - I am headed in the right direction). My job isn't grueling or stressful, I just feel as though I am always there.

Part-time sounds perfect - I hope the financial end works out and you're both happier with the new arrangement!

  3. So excited about the job! I bet that will be a relief! Very much!

I am experiencing the same symptoms. Though I am not pregnant at all. I just think my hormones are running rampid on clomid! ;)

  4. That is such good news about the job!! And honey, DON'T WORRY about the sleeping in thing. Remember the adrenal fatigue questionnaire?? It's not your fault! It's adrenal fatigue! (Nowadays I blame everything pre-Hydrocort on adrenal fatigue, lol, it's great!!)
