So far I can tell a huge difference on this diet. I know you may all be tired of hearing about "food stuff" from me. But I am just hopeful that this will help do the trick for me...we'll see. The day I splurged and "cheated" with some really crappy high gluten food. My stomach hurt all evening and until the afternoon of the next day. What does that tell me? My stomach has issues, right? I guess I am just so fascinated about this gluten stuff because in the endo diet book it says that women with endometriosis tend to have wheat/gluten intolerance. Um...makes sense to me!!!
Today is CD 20 and P+4 (I think). I am not quite sure but oh well. I started my HCG injections on P+2 because I was just to anxious to wait any longer. What day would you do a blood test then if you do your shots on P+ 2,4,6,8? Would it be day 6 before the shot or should I wait until day 8 before the shot? Any advice would be great.
Hope you all are having a great weekend!!!
I'd do your "P+7" b/w before your shot on P+8. It seems to me like a test early on P+6 might just be too early to tell what the numbers really are. Early P+8 seems like it would be closest to the "true" P+7 numbers. I hope that the P+2,etc works for you. It's great to hear that the change in diet seems to be helping you.
ReplyDeleteI love talking about diet and food! :) What are you eating? :) I got bloodwork that came back negative for celiac disease, but I feel so much better when I don't eat gluten. But dang, I love gluten! :)
ReplyDeleteGiving up gluten was one of the hardest things that I've ever done, but I've never felt better. I just wish that I could find gluten-free bread that wasn't like a dense brick!
ReplyDeleteJust looking at something glutenous hurts my stomach now! It has been purely amazing how different I feel with no-gluten, no sugar. I love it!
ReplyDeleteI know you'll see some great results if you stick with it :)
